What happens if I miss a session?
Yes, the session will be lost unless cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice by email: info@globalidiomas.es
Can I reschedule a booked session?
Yes, but you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email.
What if there are technical issues during the session?
If either the teacher or the participant experiences connection issues, the session can be rescheduled.
What if I purchased sessions but none of the available times suit me?
You can contact Global Idiomas at info@globalidiomas.es to find an alternative schedule.
What happens if I don’t use my sessions before they expire?
Each purchase is valid for the duration stated in its terms and conditions. After this period, any unused sessions will be forfeited.
